The air-conditioned apartment at Evelina Apartment was a little oasis of comfort and relaxation. The separate bedroom with its dark-wood furnishings made me feel instantly at ease, and the private bathroom was clean and well-equipped. The free WiFi was a lifesaver, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. I also loved the private furnished balcony, where I could sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. it was a cozy and inviting space that made me feel right at home.

One thing I liked less about the apartment was that the balcony or patio was not as spacious as I would have liked. However, this is just a personal preference, and I believe others may still find it enjoyable for a quick breath of fresh air.

The well-equipped kitchen and large balcony with a view of the Protaras plaza hotel and the beautiful beach "Fig Tree Bay" just 2 minutes away. Plus, the close proximity to shops and restaurants. Great for people who enjoy karaoke and casinos.

We absolutely loved our stay at a clean and bright apartment located very close to Fig Tree beach. The kitchen was well-equipped for a long stay and the huge terrace was a definite highlight. The host was kind and caring, and the wifi worked perfectly. The location was fantastic, with amazing beaches, bars, restaurants, and shops just a 2-minute walk away. The apartment was stylishly furnished and had everything we needed, including a hairdryer, iron, and safebox. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Parking was also convenient. We can confidently recommend these apartments to anyone visiting the area.

We felt totally at home and had no complaints during our stay.

Excellent location, fantastic apartment!! The place was quiet and relaxing. Very close to a beautiful beach and to shops and restaurants. Communication with Maria was awesome, directions, wifi info, etc. Apartment has brand new equipment, all equipment in the kitchen, microwave, oven, new big fridge. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Apartment was big enough for us - 4 persons. All you need for several days stay is there. Internet was excellent. We liked the locker for the keys, so that you can leave the keys in it when go out. Amazing balcony for a comfortable breakfast or a dinner! Safe box available to use. Good kitchen. Conditioning. Close to Fig Tree beach. Close enough to the heart of the city with the shops and restaurants. The host allowed us to check in earlier which was very nice considering we moved from another hotel at 11am. Amazing location. Very close to a beautiful beach. Beautiful apartment, next to the sea, all is new, very nice beds and great cotton linen. Interior is modern, luxury, sparkling clean, climate comfort control, all needed amenities. The apartment was very nice and clean, we enjoyed our stay so much that we didn't want to leave. We only stayed for one night but wished we had booked for longer. All things, what you need for comfortable staying. Everything you might need is available in the apartment free of charge. The kitchen has an oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, toastie maker and all utensils, pots and pans you could need. As are the facilities in the apartment - very spacious and with a large balcony where you can easily sit in comfort to eat with 8 people. The owner Maria was very friendly, could help you for any questions. Excellent free Wi-Fi. We will definitely be coming back here. Highly recommended!
